The Basement Project is a Worcestershire charity that supports young people under the age of 25. As such provision and support for our IT platforms is critical to the services / service quality that we deliver. We use Lucid for IT support, I had a small issue with my PC running really slowly, which was frustrating. Neil (who must be new at Lucid) sorted the issue out straight away. the following day he asked if everything was working ok as well and checked a few other things out. Nice, easy company to work with!!
