Ben has been superb throughout our extension. From the offset, he listened to our ideas and worked with us to create something that we now can’t wait to build. He came up with practical solutions we would never have thought of and produced a design that is both striking and cost conscious. Ben worked with third parties to help us achieve our design within our budget and the whole planning application process was smooth.What was particularly helpful was how Ben helped shaped the internal layout. He laid out furniture in a way that helped us envisage how we might use the space. Our builders found his plans detailed and clear, again helping us achieve quotes that were accurate. By the end of the process, we coined the phrase ‘in Ben we trust’ whenever we weren’t sure how to proceed with any issue. We cannot recommend Ben enough for his client care and attention to detail.

We spent a lot of time researching architects before making our choice and we couldn’t have been more delighted with our decision to work with Ben. Initially, we felt he would be the right architect for us because he clearly had original design flair, but also recognised the need for a design to be practical and livable. However, as we went through the architectural design process, we were able to benefit from so much more.Our house was built in the 1930s and it was important to us for our renovation to blend seamlessly with the existing house. Having seen some of Ben’s previous work, we felt confident that he would design something sensitive to the original house, whilst meeting the needs of a 21st century family. This requirement demanded more ingenuity than just ‘adding a box on the back’, but Ben rose to the challenge with a practical solution, which improves the house from both inside and out, whilst retaining all the original character.Throughout the process, from discussing our confused ideas to creating a design we love and engaging a builder, Ben guided us through. He was calm, patient and an excellent listener. He was always open to our ideas and thoughts and we benefited greatly from his expertise and insights. It felt like we worked as a team. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Ben designed and supervised the construction of a garden room that we added to our property. We are delighted with the result and Ben was always very professional with great communications. He was also a pleasure to deal with over the 12 months from design to project completion.

After reseaching a few architects and even visting the Home Building Show, I stumbled accross Ben's website. From the first moment I met Ben, I instantly new he was the right Architect for me.Firstly he understood my detailed brief and especially made time to understand my Hindu religous beliefs and needs relating to Vastu Shastra. Secondly his personaility was calm and reflective which I felt was an important trait which was needed in my project. We bought a house during lockdown which ticked a lot of boxes for us as a family but was poorly configured and frankly a little ugly.
