We could not be more delighted with the work that Profile One have done for us. Everything from start to finish has been first class. From initial feasibility discussions, through pricing and the job itself, communication with Dom and the team has been rapid, clear and professional. Every aspect of the job has been so beautifully managed, with a no-stress attitude at all times. The team have a policy of not running more than 1 job at a time – this means that they are on-site every day until the job is finished. The talent within the team is undeniable, everything from big structural work to the finest details of the decorating and positioning of each individual tile has been thought out and executed to the highest possible standard. Everyone in the team brings a different set of skills, each complimenting each other so the need for additional trades is minimised – this means that as the customer you are not waiting on different availabilities, or managing the burden of the organisation, the team can do it all themselves! The eye for detail, troubleshooting, dedication and tenacity of every member of the team is impressive to see. We feel so lucky they were able to work on our forever family home and we can’t recommend them highly enough, thank you Profile One!!

After 25 years working as an agent and property consultant in the Prime London markets, I have been witness to a scary amount of building disaster stories that would make most people stop and think before taking on a project. Due to this, we entered into the process of converting our barn with real caution but we got incredibly lucky and hit the jackpot with Dominic and his team from Profile One.From initial tender to completion and handover, communications were excellent, changes were taken on with gusto, great suggestions were forthcoming from Dominic and the team and all in all, it was a much more pleasurable 10 weeks than we had any reason to expect. Most impressive though, Profile One came in on budget (not counting the extras we requested of course) and significantly ahead of schedule.They are also incredibly hardworking and we had to ask them NOT to come earlier than 8am every day and we'd often find Dominic still working after 6pm. This is certainly not the norm from my experience.We couldn’t recommend Profile One more highly.
