Bon Accord Car Valet

Just sharing my experience of trying the Bon accord car valet on floor 1a. The prices listed on their ads and list are not clear. Wanted to go for the gold package worth 20 pounds but was told that the exterior wash did not include soap and just water. Opted for the platinum package worth 28 pounds and car was still dirty and spots were obviously missed. Not recommended at all.

Was called an A-hole today by a guy who claimed to be the manager, I know he's not, as the manager isn't half bad. I opted for a gold package, to then be told that it's only a basic job inside and out and I should go for platinum. When I pointed to the board to question the difference between gold and platinum he just kept saying we don't clean flies off the window and the inside will be basic. I'm intrigued to know the validity of a GOLD package, gobsmacked, blatantly trying to rip me off. I hate to think what the silver package is if gold is basic. I have given them an occasional try over the years... I won't ever use them again and I'd recommend people to avoid. The job is substandard at the best of times, shame as the location is convenient. Much better places with better customer service across the city.

I arrived and one member of staff insisted I had the top price full valet… and pushed me to take that option. I refused and asked for just a wash and vacuum inside.I returned to see it washed but patches of mud still and only the back of the car was vacuumed, the front was still muddy and there was still a crushed biscuit in my cup holder. There were also new scratches on the car.Not worth the hassle or money. Avoid.

£28?? felt rubbed. With stains on exterior and dusts still on dash. The guys said £50 to clean the interior. If this is what £28 gets me, I'd do it myself next time or better still pay the folks at Splash £25 and get a better clean

Asked for the Bronze wash, was told its water only and no soap. I asked how they would clean it. The guy said what comes off comes off

Thought I'd treat my car to a professional full car valet. I Would give zero stars if I could! When I handed over my keys for a full £65 valet, I wondered why the guy kept saying we do our best". 4 hours later and in a very dimly lit area

Absolutely disgraceful the amount of pressure and harassment I experienced today when I made it VERY clear I ONLY wanted a £23 wash for my car. The wash technician told me that he wouldn’t do a good job and that the only way I’d get my car clean would be to have a more expensive one. Again I made it clear I only wanted a £23 wash. He again told me that he’d only do a good job for the more expensive one. When I reluctantly agreed he then went on to tell me that he would only do a good job for the £45 wash!I felt pressurised and intimidated. This is not the way that customers should be treated. I have used the service in the past and I know there is commission to be made but the technician who served me today has assured that I will never return to use the car wash again.I will not, as a female on my own, be pressurised or intimidated into something I don’t want. Your sales technique leaves much to be desired!I do NOT recommend this service at all.

A truly awful service. Paid for full exterior wash and polish. Front of the car still covered in dead insects, so obviously not touched.wiper Wells full of sand and dust, obviously not touched. Sections of panels totally missed. Car panels covered in water spots so no polish has been anywhere near my car. Save your money, its a total rip-off.

The work is not professional. I am writing this because my car was scratched. Hood and fender. It is very clear that they were trying to clean the bird droppings. Now you need to paint these details. And this is not a little money! It was noticed immediately, but the car wash was already closed; otherwise, we would have returned immediately. The owner disclaimed responsibility ,and said that his guys didn't wash like that. We could check the recording on the cameras. It's very interesting how you could wash the car like that. I often wash my car at other car washes, but this is the first time I've encountered it. I do not recommend it to anyone!

I was the first car there and asked if it could be ready in an hour but he said as he was on his own that it'd be an hour and a half - which I agreed to. This extra half hour made me leave without checking the interior but noticed quickly that the wheel arch hadn't been touched and was told sorry
