I have been getting sports massages from Leo for over a year now and I find them extremely beneficial as the massage helps ease the pain in my legs. Leo's knowledge and technique is brilliant and Leo always gives me exercises to do to help me. I think the massages are fantastic, I have noticed an improvement and good value. I recommend Leo to friends and family and the feedback has always been really positive.

Leo offers a very professional service in a private, warm room. I tend to have sports massage with some physio and stretching but she also offers hot stone massage and relaxation massage. She will tailor her work to suit your needs. Personal dignity is considered throughout. Always able to resolve any problems and offer extra advice and techniques to do at home.Would recommend for anyone with ongoing medical conditions as well as sports massage.Always flexible to suit your schedule and particular pains/aches as required.Always enjoy and greatly benefit from my massages and look forward to them every 2 weeks.

Leo is super welcoming and relaxing. I've had two massages now and feel amazing after them - for weeks after my first I didn't get a headache when I usually get them daily. A massage is also a lesson as Leo is so knowledgeable and shares great insight and advice tailored to my needs and sent me links for things I can try at home. I’ve been getting sports massages and treatments for muscle injuries from Leo for the last couple of years. She has a great anatomical knowledge and always gives me good advice on rehabilitation techniques each time I visit. I always feel better for having my knots ironed out and a regular deep tissue massage keeps me fit for both my running and gym activities. I highly recommend Leo for dealing with both sports massage and injury treatments.
