Most embarrassing experience as a result of purchasing a suit from this shop for a family wedding yesterday. Only whilst waiting at the hotel for a taxi to the venue, did we realise that the security tag had been left on the jacket. After many sarcastic comments at the service & during the reception my hubby couldn't wait to remove the jacket. Needless to say we will be returning to store in the next week. Not happy at all so be warned when you purchase anything. Sucurity tag obviously isn't detected on leaving the store so you wonder what the point of them is!!!

Absolutely disgusted! We purchased four 3 piece suits for my wedding, plus shirts. We live and hour and a half away. Upon unpacking at home, we find a security tag on one pair of trousers. I telephone the store, expecting to be told, having spent a small fortune, ‘no problem sir, we’ll send you a new pair and you post those back’, oh no, all I’m told is you’ll have to pop back in, yes like I have 3 hours to spare when trying to prepare for the wedding!I do know that Moss Bros are able to check receipts & they did have my name and address on file due to delivering out of stock products, which I might add they were able to do next day, so no excuse for being told to ‘pop in’ absolutely disgraceful service! VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I visited on the 1st June to buy a new suit for a wedding.I don’t enjoy clothes shopping but Ella was extremely helpful and patient and made everything so much easier. Especially with her tactful pointers about colour choices.Everything sorted out in one visit, perfect!

I've hired suits from here in the past with no problems but the service has gone downhill. Couldn't get measured properly. Just had to try on different sizes but the different suits had direct fits. I'm 6'1 and 118kg so why are they bringing me slimfit trousers in short fitting. Staff were very scruffy. Its a formal suit shop and the staff are wearing trainers and tshirts."

Throughout the whole fitting experience we found her knowledge of Suits / Sizes / Tailoring to be exceptional. I was helped out massively by a staff member called Evan who made my suit purchase effortless. He gave me great advice on sizing and suitable accessories to go with the suit. He went above and beyond to help me. The store had a great range of suits and items, I would highly recommend going here for suit purchases
