Very pleased with service from Solar Fast. Only quote I requested who visited the property and spoke to me in person. Competitive price. Swift easy installation in 1 day. Issue with a tripping fuse a month after install that was dealt with promptly and politely. Had for 6 months now and loving it.

Initial inspection of my property was conducted professionally with all questions answered to a satisfactory standard. This covered the solar panel design, optimum location, load capacity and battery & invertor sizing. There was also and honest breakdown of initial cost, payment plans and flexible payment options.The installation process was efficient. The 2 installation engineers worked safely and were especially tidy, particularly in routing the cables from within the loft space to the main electrical mains supply.Follow up communication from Solar Fast has been good with regular updates on the certification process

Even with issues with the scaffolding the fitters handled everything and I didn't have to worry about anything. Great team.Looking forward to the summer. Excellent experience all the way from the initial contact through to installation. During the sales process they performed a thorough survey and explained how the panels would work and the potential cost savings over the coming years. I was kept informed of the progress through the g99 application and as soon as that was approved the installation was done in a couple of days from then. The installers were great, turned up on time, got on with the job and cleared away when finished, they took time to explain the app that controlled the inverter and how to set up for some of the functions I wanted. Since the install, pretty much the only power I’ve drawn from the grid has been on cheap night rate to charge the batteries for the morning and top the car up. Great company to do business with and I highly recommend them

The whole process was made simple and seem-less, From a zoom chat with Kurtis who told me every thing I needed to know about solar panels and batteries and answered my endless questions after I spent some time thinking it over, followed up by the rest of the solar fast team who sorted every thing I needed from the finance, certification and the insulation of the system. Installation appointment arranged very easily and within 2 weeks of the initial sales discussion. Extremely knowledgeable Installers arrived on time and were very polite and professional. They explained the process and what was happening during each step of the installation. Once installed they took us through the use of the inverter batteries and the app. Left the property clean and tidy. Very happy with the installation.After sales services from customer care team could have been improved by providing a little more information on when things should happen regarding exporting energy to the grid as we were left a little unclear as to what we needed to do and when we would get the relevant certification required to export.

I was kept informed of appointments from initial visit to completion. The salesman was polite, straightforward and not pushy. The installation guys were very professional and polite. They worked non stop even when offered tea they drank as they worked. They left the house clean and tidy. The inverter had a fault when they installed it, but they explained the issue and gave me a day for returning and replacing it. The office also confirmed this and they turned up as promised, replaced the unit and it worked perfectly. Complicated equipment sometimes breaks down, it's how this is handled that shows a good supplier from a fly by night. I would recommend this company.
