Williams Windows

We have used Williams Windows three times now for separate jobs and they are fantastic. Customer service and communication is excellent, the work they do is efficient and faultless and the guys who have worked with us are so friendly and kind. There's a reason we keep going back to them whenever we need new doors or windows!

From our very first meeting with Ian who came out to measure for 10 windows and 2 doors, it was a pleasure doing business with Ian, Roz and the team. They fitted the windows over two days, and their workmanship was first class, they were clean, tidy, knowledgeable and very friendly in their approach. I cannot rate them highly enough and would most definitely recommend them. Excellent from start to finish.

I rang Williams to explain my issue, the lady who took the call was extremely pleasant and I had an appointment booked very quickly for the next day. On the day of the appointment, the Williams engineer was such a nice chap, he explained the issue and the fix, and with my consent, did the repair there and then. Great service, very good price. I got Williams Windows to replace windows in my old house a few years back. I was expecting to only be able to afford to do some, but their pricing was far better than others so I could do the whole house. The service was brilliant which was a bonus.After moving house and needing some doors replacing, I didn't even bother to get a quote from anyone else, I just went with Williams; the price, service and professionalism from this team is second to none.

Williams Windows have put my trust back in tradesman!We had Our bay and 2 front windows replaced with UPVC sliding sash windows.Ian had a great example to show us and how the mechanisms would work. He wasn't pushy like other window companies have been.Ian is a very knowledgeable Tradesman who even gave us great advice on other jobs that needed doing on our Victorian home.The finish was of high standard including the woodwork they put up to finish the windows off.I would highly recommend Williams Windows and will be using them again in the near future.

Can't rate Williams Windows highly enough. The whole team are professional, friendly and most of all do a fantastic job. After a recommendation from a family member, we've recently had all of our windows replaced and I can't fault the service or quality. The neighbours even ended up having theirs replaced too. This is such a great company. Their work is an excellent standard, and they are clean and tidy throughout. Customer service is excellent and they are great at keeping you informed. Five years on from installation and I called for some advice for my creaky front door. Within a couple of days that was fixed and no charge.I cannot recommend them enough. Seriously, excellent people!

From start to finish, I was very impressed with Williams Windows. From the no pressure/no sales tactics approach by Ian at the beginning, to contact with Roz and finally the installation, the professional and friendly service was excellent. The quote from Williams was competitive in comparison to quotes from other window companies and there were no sales tactics that other had companies tried. The installation was very well done, no mess, professionally finished and done at the same pace despite Ian being on his own for it. The quality of the windows have made a huge difference and we are very happy with the results. I would recommend Williams to anyone looking to get their Windows and doors replaced like we did.

A five star service from a highly reputable local company. Reasonably priced and good quality product. I couldn’t fault them in any way, which is a rare thing in itself. I am actually in the construction industry myself, so I understand the type of service and standards, including the quality of work that is required. They started when they said they would. Any they were very conscientious by putting lots of dust sheets down and tidy and efficient. Good workmanship. Nice guys too and no drama. I think Ian Williams and his team should be highly congratulated for the quality of the work and service they consistently provide. I’m very pleased with the new windows that they have installed. I actually recommend them to my customers as well. Compare this with a similar local company who carried out the same work for me a few years previously and did not do a good job.
