Ianthe Boutique

I choose a ring from Lanthe Boutique for Christmas from my parents and after wearing it only 3x the stone fell out. Luckily I was at my parent's home when it happened so I found the stone. I took it for repair and specifically asked that the stone not just be glued in place. I was assured the stone setting would be professionally repaired, but on getting the ring back it has clearly been glued as the white residue of the glue is visible and wasting the look of the gold coloured setting. Glue is not a professional repair as I could have done that myself but glue will perish over time and the stone will fall out and may be lost. I would not have bought the ring in its current state. I have emailed the owner via the Facebook page to ask for a refund. I will update my review when I have a response.
