If I could, I would give this review 0 stars. I have been ordering from this place for years, and have never, in my entire life, had the misfortune of speaking to a manager so rude, so belligerent and so disgustingly disrespectful when all I tried to do was to ask for a slight alteration as I usually do. If you ever order from this branch, I am warning you, any attempt to make the slightest alteration or request, will be met by a man, who calls himself the manager, and proceeds to be condescending and ask you how to do it, instead of actually trying to explain himself. Even when I tried to cancel, I was met with more petty questions on how he would do the alteration and accusations of not being willing to pay a fee for such alterations. To the manager of this branch, congratulations, you have lost a long time customer, and I will make sure to pass this experience along.Do better

Absolutely amazing! Ordered two cakes for my dad's 80th Birthday and they were perfect. Taste,design,decor,fruit all fresh and spot on. Staff were brilliant and so patient,even when we wanted to make alterations. We asked for a specific time for it to be ready,and it was. All round excellent service and will be recommending to everyone I know.

I tried out the online purchase which was simple to use. Different options were also available to make the cake more suited for my liking. When I was done ordering it gave me a ready time of 2pm to pickup the cake, which it was. The staff are really friendly providing a great serviceDefinitely would recommend to anyone !!

I was very disappointed with this store the cake slices I ordered were disgusting. I brought Oreo, black forest and chocolate slices. They each cost £3.50, which is reasonably priced. But they didn't taste fresh. The chocolate sponge was dry even with the cream. No taste what so ever. I brought some cakes from cake box before from a different location and they were beautiful but in this shop it seems like the cakes which I ordered were not fresh.

Went in for a cake with fruit on and was told there were non left for the day. Ended up choosing the ferrero rocher put my message on… i was just about to leave the shop, then one of the workers walk right out with 2 Fruit cakes! I asked if I could take one of them since that’s the one I wanted they said NO.I’m disappointed in the customer service here! And to say the customer before me also wanted a fruit cake and was also told there were non left LIARS!

Food taste was very good and I’m really impressed by the front desk girl treating style.

Phone lines not working, the staff cannot really understand what you’re requesting and half an order taken without instructions on how to send a picture to add to the cake. The shop hardly has any cakes in there and the iPad screen was not working so they ask you to use your phone to choose your cake. As a backup, if you’re technology is not working, then have some photos on display for ppl to choose what design/colour/message etc they can have as some ppl may not have their phone with them or any data on it to use. Fix up….gone so downhill since Ritasha left who was amazing and I ordered from her several times and she was so friendly and made the shop look superb and not empty and derelict like it does now. I’ve cancelled my order due to incompetence.
