Off The Beaten Track Rides

Fabulous accommodation, beautifully appointed. Looking out onto the paddocks, everything you need to self cater if you prefer but when we go to Chris's we wouldn't want anything other than full board, food is amazing with friendly banter around the table. Riding, walking, cycling out from Chris's is fab, if you don't want to do road work you can pretty much avoid it. Lots of places to visit in the car, Gretna, Hermitage Castle, Carlisle, Kielder etc.Highly highly recommend, we will be back there soon

What's not to like, lovely people, lovely setting, plenty of routes to ride and did I mention the food? Proper home cooked food all made fresh, even the bread, most of the veg out of the garden, thank you to Chris and family for being great hosts

Fantastic is all that can be said. Stunning location with direct off road riding, you can go for hours and not see another soul. Chris is a great host, very helpful with lost of local knowledge and maps to help guide your travel.
