I have today completed on the sale of my mum's property in Melton Mowbray. Alex Morrell has handled the sale from the beginning and throughout the process has been extremely helpful, kind and considerate. I have really appreciated this as I don't live locally and Alex has often gone out of his way to help me out with things like meter readings etc. Communication at all times has been excellent and I would definitely recommend the Belvoir team, and especially Alex, for their professionalism and honesty. A difficult process has been made a lot easier for myself and my mother.

I recently found out that my landlord wanted to sell, so I had a look at the property's available, and one came up with Belvior Lettings. I contacted them straight away, and Gill and the team have been outstanding. She even met me to view the property on her day off! Belvoir recently handled a very difficult sale for us and have been outstanding throughout. Alex Morrell went above and beyond to get the sale through for us including finding a new buyer within days after the first sale fell through.
