It is there when you need it. Never think that won't help! They work for everyone and anyone in need. The government tried to save money by reducing funding.. which only hurt the most needy.If you have an issue with anything from pensions to benefits- just ask, they will put you in touch with the right people.

They are not serious, They are decline people all the time. They want money but they are don't like to work. The door is open all the time late. From 10.00am they are taking brake and they are go on shopping.

Checked on the website over Xmas that they were open which of course said they were but when we got there a note on the door said they weren't open till Mon 9th of January. So we rang but no answer, we left a message but no one rang back till Monday the 9th some 3 days later. Apparently Newark was open but we had no way of knowing.We couldn't do much more !,

Needed help writing a mandatory reconsideration letter and after two hours on the phone I was told Mansfield Citizens Advice aren't helping with these issues atm.I am severely disabled and this has left me with no choice but to write the letter myself l.
