Vision Hair Belfast

I arrived late one Saturday without an appointment hoping to be fitted in and was taken right away even tho they were quite busy (to my delight).Sean , the owner cut my hair then blow dryed to the exact style I'd asked for.Lovely guy , great staff , yummy coffee , relaxing atmosphere and modern friendly Salon which I'd recommend to anyone.I'm looking forward to returning.

After over 10 years of boycotting hairdressers due to snip happy stylists creating a phobia, I took the plunge with Vision. Kirsty was my stylist to say she was amazing is an understatement. She was so understanding, atentative and friendly, she put me at ease and made me feel right at home. I will definitely be back and absolutely recommend her services.

Terrible service! I've just been in here for the second and last time. Having booked in for a cut and tint at 6:15, I was made to wait 15 minutes to be seated. The tint was whacked on with little precision before I was left to amuse myself with an old magazine for the guts of two hours whilst the guy who was supposed to be looking after me chatted up a storm with another customer. Finally a girl took it upon herself to rinse my hair, but as your man appeared to have forgotten all about me and it was nearing closing time, I had to cancel my (much needed) cut and left the place with a very rough blowdry (I could have done better myself and that's saying something).I was made to play the waiting game during my first appointment too, but not like this. Don't go here if you value your time!

I booked my wife into this place. She came back angry and upset. Simple colouring was a big issue. Refused a quick hair wash afterwards as they said they didn't have time. Very very dissatisfied. Would not recommend at all.

Had to write a review because the service was outstanding. Robyn served me, and key things that I observed and noted she was very nice and professional, listened to what I wanted and suggested good recommendations which turned out to suit me very well. I also had to dial into a meeting through my phone and Robyn was understanding that sometimes I needed her to stop blow drying my hair, my phone was also running out of charge midst me being in a meeting, and she was also kind enough to give me the salon's charger. Literally saved my life!

Professional and really friendly staff.I now live 100+ miles away from Vision Hair and I still go to them. I did attempt to find hairdressers close to me put never felt like they listened to me and I very quickly returned. I think that in itself speaks volumes. My whole family attends this hairdressers and we wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. All of us have been with the owners for over 20 years whilst they were working at another salon before they decided to open up themselves and we all moved across with them.The moment you arrive you are greeted like a friend rather than a customer. You are asked to sit down and one of the stylists will come over to talk to you, as I said it's like talking to a friend as they are so welcoming and warm. If I decide to go for a change they'll listen to what I have in mind, make suggestions on whether it would suit my features and hair type, all without being pushy and trying to force their ideas on to you.The salon itself is modern and very clean. The little centre it is in is lovely especially in the summer when all the flower planters are in full bloom. The centre also has a wheelchair accessible platform style lift. There are at least three top stylists there with at least one being a hair colour specialist. The clientele are a mix of ages, sexes and from different walks of life. I've seen very different styles being done there, from high fashion cuts/colours, updos to everyday styles. Appointments are required but I have seen then try to accommodate walk ins if they're not too busy.All in all I would highly recommend them. I can say with upmost confidence you won't be disappointed.
