Procast were doing external work to homes in my area. I was not getting work done but unfortunately some of my property was damaged.I phoned and phoned numerous times.Eventually I was on first name terms with several people.After a very frustrating day on Monday trying to get answers to when the repairs would take place, yesterday a lady in the office passed me on to Kevin, a site manager elsewhere. He took in hand what had to be done and now I have a replacement fence.I am so grateful to him and his team for doing even more than what I had expected ie the new section of fence.My complaining has come to an end and I am appreciative of the quality of the completed work and the speed at which it was rectified.Thank you!

These gents worked on the estate. Yes had few hiccups and teething problems but highlighted these to the relevant people.They worked really hard to rectify what outstanding. .It was a lengthy process but would recommend them. They keep their word. Big thanks to Ryan and Graham for solving outstanding problems along with their team.Bernie.
