Good supplier, staff are spot on the yard lads are top drawer. The site however is a bad as the M25 for access and egress. If you don't mind queing on Maryhill Road it's the place to go.

Total amateurs.Got a quote before the lockdown went into effect so kept checking website for re-opening, once they reopened I put in my order and chose a delivery date 2 weeks after so not to add to them being over whelmed.Checked in FOUR times during that period, the 3rd time the day before delivery and the last time on morning of delivery and told every time everything is good, no issues.Got a message 1 hour before delivery to tell me that half my order wasn't coming as they had no stock, what a joke, naturally I went mental and called their head office and spoke to two different people who said they would investigate and call back, never happened.I called them again on the Saturday after delivery and said it was ridiculous to have taken the money the day of order then wait two weeks to drop the truth, their answer?They said we'll take the stuff from someone else's order and hope they don't complain like you do!!Got my stuff alright but to anyone out there wondering why they didn't get their 2x1 slabs, well I got them.Total f*cking amateurs this lot, clearly opened up too soon in a desperate cash grab without the means to supply the stuff, since heard plenty of others have been left in the lurch as well.On a side note, their slabs are garbage, got two broken on delivery, a dozen with chips out of them and they're badly discoloured, the 3x2's are lightweight with poor amounts of core material so break easily, I wheeled a full wheely bin over one and it cracked even though it was well bedded in granite sand/cement mix, turns out a lot of them are bowed as well so are being banded before being fully dried out.Avoid them like the plague if you want good stuff hassle free.

Very poor customer service. Delivery date was not given. Not able to get hold of any staff and calls repeatedly ended by company when called to query about order whereabouts. Company staff was rude and unhelpful with providing information until I physically showed up at the building site and offered no explanation for the change in delivery date.

I'm not a builder but for chips, sand, cement etc, this is the go to place for me. Helpful polite staff, well laid out yard makes for a good customer experience.

Placed my order for decking boards, sleepers,and fencing cost over £950 spent away back on 11th May told delivery will be 25th May its now 17June and guess what I'm still waiting for my decking to be delivered I have phoned them 3 times and got told I'm pencilled in for delivery on Friday that was 2 weeks ago now they don't know when the sawmill will deliver it to them so I don't know when my decking project will be finished I have alway used grants for my material with no problems up until nowand still waiting

Have not been let down by this place. Delivery came when booked. Their knowledge of their products is great.
