My appointment for a deep clean got moved from Friday afternoon to Saturday morning by Vanessa's request. Fine, Saturday actually worked better. Then Saturday morning, the time of the appointment comes around, and there's no sign of Vanessa. I tried reaching her on WhatsApp, Facebook and by phone. No response. It's now an hour and a half since she was scheduled to be here and it has become apparent she's not coming at all.

I used nessa cleaning when I moved out of a rented property, I wanted a full and deep clean. The service was extremely professional and of a very high standard even the landlord commented how good the house looked. They were very prompt and fantastic value I would not hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a cleaning company.
