The service department staff were exceptional. I had an issue that needed fixing. I turned up fifteen minutes before close of business, breaking up for Christmas. The issue was resolved there and then. The staff could not have been more helpful, polite or professional. Always a first class service from this garage.

Rang to enquire about getting a job done on a family car and the receptionist said the garage would ring back but they never did.

Excellent Dealership to deal with. Pauric went above and beyond to send me photographs and many Videos of the car. He kept me up to date on everything by email and phone. Went in to browse with my wife in the Peugeot section. We were quickly approached by the sales manager named Sean mc cafferty and in no time we bought two lovely cars . He made the transaction simple an clear . Both cars were 3yr old an came with a full years warranty. Mind you we were coming from work an probably looked like we hadn't a bean to spend but this guy didn't judge us by appearance which I thought was very professional. We had browsed before going to Peugeot and nobody seemed interested in our business. Definitely be buying here in a few years . When your going to part with hard earned money you want to feel you get a good deal an value for money an this is the place to go . Hope you get the same man we got .

Just bought another one used car from Donnelly Group. This is the third one. Very helpful staff and a great way with their customers. I was pleasantly surprised at their unprompted after sales courtesy call one month after my last purchase to see how the motor was going and if I had any problems or queries that they could help me with. Excellent service.

I wouldn’t recommend this dealership, based on service and if you’re an ROI customer. The experience I got wasn’t pleasant and went on to buy from another dealership elsewhere. I got the impression that I wasn’t being taken seriously.I had test drove the vehicle on my own, which doesn’t sit well with me.When discussing the car I had to ask if could take it inside, fella completely oblivious to the fact it was 4C outside and had been stood there for significant time.The dealership offers VRT assistance but the fella didn’t know anything about it. Which can I say isn’t his fault!The best laugh was being asked if I wanted a coffee, then being told coffee machine is over there… coffee machine was broken. Starting to get the message.Look, I know there are young lads that come in to test drive cars and waste time. I know what it’s like! And I wasn’t buying a particularly expensive car either. But I really liked the car, everything surrounding it put me off. Wish them well though.

Had to work with this dealership for Peugeot to replace faulty part in car. PSA (Peugeot) were excellent but dealership was frustrating to work with - they were slow, wouldn't answer calls, queried whether Peugeot would cover costs and made me do all the legwork with manufacturer. They did replace part successfully and provided courtesy car for one day but rather not deal with them again.

This dealership agreed a price and took my £2000 deposit, then informed me the mileage was 21% higher than advertised (5000 miles more), but would not offer any goodwill. Deposit refunded so I can buy at a dealership that understands what attention to detail" and "good service" really look like.I accept this was a mistake rather than dishonesty
