After chasing Noremac for the best part of a year, they eventually did a very good job of replacing the tiled roof of our cottage. Unfortunately when they finished, our flat felt roof at the rear of the cottage was leaking badly and they said they could replace it no problem, however after several phone calls, messages left, PMs sent and emails unanswered, the delay meant that the damage caused by the leak was substantial and we had to go elsewhere to get the work done.Perhaps having got the money for the big job, they couldn’t be bothered with the little job but it would have been nice if they had replied to just one of my calls and messages and let me know before the water ingress caused the damage it did.I certainly won’t use them again nor will I be recommending them.
