From our initial enquiry, through to the final purchase and collection, the friendly advice, depth of knowledge and understanding of what we wanted from a trailer was outstanding.We drove over 3 hours to Big Bear because we felt really comfortable dealing with Big Bear and collection was an absolute dream. Ian was a pleasure to deal with from my first phone call, then arranged a view of trailer I was interested in. Agreed part exchange for existing trailer. Deposit paid and order completed. Collected new trailer by arrangement. The whole process was very efficient, all my questions answered. Ian was friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient, kept me informed re progress. On hand over day explained connecting procedure and completed lighting checks. I would recommend Big Bear trailers and Ian’s first class service.

Amazing customer service. Called to check how urgently I needed the item and let me know it would take a little longer than normal. Was expecting to have to collect as stated on website, suddenly got a delivery notice which was great. This ocean 200 fits my 06 Audi A3 sportsback perfectly too, no overhang at all. After a couple of calls and speaking to Ian, and me twisting his arm a bit, I drove 85 miles to view the trailer, I was not dissapointed at all, advert was spot on, James sorted us out, shown us around, paid the money, hooked up and home! perfect, honest, and I would highly recommend these guys.
