Snows MINI Isle of Wight

Easy five stars, and I’m not easy to please! I bought the car sight unseen, other than pictures and a good video. Zoe was very patient as we concluded all the paperwork electronically, and I kept messing up the links my end! All really straightforward and the car was ready in what to me was record time. Picking up the car and seeing it for the first time - beautifully prepared - was even better than the pictures. Also a shout out to Indie and Katie.All in all, I’m delighted with the whole experience, and, of course, the car!Recommend this dealer without hesitation. They’re really great people to boot!

Excellent communication and really quick turnaround on getting a beautiful Mini Cooper S to me. Amazing deal too, and kept well-informed throughout.I still can't believe delivery of the car was almost next day, and we're all the way up in Newcastle. Brilliant service!

A very friendly and helpful sales team. We arrived at a great deal on a special edition new mini convertible car. Took this back to mainland. Had every assistance from Snows from start to finish. Would consider buying again from them.

I went in to get a car key replaced . I took in a replacement car key for them to programme i had bought off amazon.I was told it would cost £80 ( half an hour ) to do this for me .Ive never had to have a car key replaced but the plastic button part to open it had fallen out , still working but difficult to press to work.I gave them the car key and replacement key and sat in waiting area as requested.A guy came out half an hour later to send me to a local locksmith to get it cut i didnt realise i needed to do that . I was told it could not be programmed until that was done . I went and did that and came back.I had been sat for well over an hour , when the woman sat at the service desk called me over . Told me the key could not be programmed as no battery or other necessary parts in the new key i bought off Amazon , I was charged £80+ and given both car keys back.I felt humilated and somewhat confused by what she said as i bought the replacement car key in good faith .Why did they send me to a locksmith if they knew this key was not fit for purpose ? Don’t they check all of this before they start the job ?? Why didnt they tell me any of this straight away . I spent nearly all my afternoon there sat in there waiting room . I felt let down by Amazon and them to be honest - . L Hayles

This is the third car we have bought from Snow’s Isle of Wight and we wouldn’t go anywhere else.Zoe and Sam are brilliant sales people, they’re friendly, helpful and professional and help you to get the vehicle that you are looking for.I love my new Mini and can’t thank Zoe enough, the thank you card that arrived a few days later is such a lovely touch.

Bought a new Mini from Zoe at Snows, Newport,Isle of Wight. Very professional remote customer service. Car transported to Suffolk by the excellent Russel Weight transport. Good garage’s don’t need to be on your doorstep !
