Very professional service, I paid for the diagnostic checks in order to identify an intermittent engine fault. The fault was diagnosed and identified the same day and I received both a report and a phone call which fully detailed the fault and the remedial action required, allowing me to make an informed decision on next steps. I wouldn't hesitate to use the company for diagnostics in the future.

(Sent feed back to intelligent autos on 21.06.23)Paid to have problem po299 Turbo under boost fault diagnosed as was recommended there by the AA patrol who attended.I was told intelligent autos had road tested to Kingston park after map sensor cleaned and didn't fault so was probably sorted. Didn't get a report of what had been done or tested just receipt with map sensor clogged written on it. Was told it would cost a ridiculous amount to test it till it faulted again.It went to limp mode as soon as I got it on the motorway same day. Essentially I paid just shy of 100 quid for no gain or a diagnosis of cause of the problem whatsoever that I didn't already know when I booked it in. Worryingly when I went to pick up the car was also parked off site 100 metres away on a rubbish strewn corner along the road with bits of glass and metal shards strewn all on tarmac which to me is not taking care of customer vehicles.Felt very let down by intelligent autos and disappointed at the standard of service I received. A complete waste of my money.I did got a text from them telling me to ring them having seen in house feedback. Would I want to leave my car with them again to have it parked off site 100 meters along the road next to a skip full of glass and shards under my tyres while it was left in their care and pay another sum to be in same position? No.Other reviews seem quite good so perhaps mine was just an unlucky experience but what I've said is all genuine.A change of a part elsewhere that intelligent autos were unable to diagnose has restored my car to fully functional so I'm done. That's my review.

After my nissan juke cut out on me with no warning I had the AA tow to my local garage they took a look and informed me they didn't have the equipment to give me a diagnosis of the problem. I needed a diesal specialist having finding intelligent auto online I got booked in and car towed to them. After the guys did there investigation on the car it became a more then the cars worth job to fix, they phoned me and kept me up to date with what they where doing and there findings. Everything was explained to me in great detail for me to make an informed choice on the next move to make which was much appreciated. Can't fault there service or customer skills. Highly recommend.

This was the second occasion I have used Intelligent Auto to diagnose automotive faults.These guys are very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. On this occasion had a starting issue with my Renault Traffic van and after a thorough investigation, the cause was identified. It was one of those scenarios where I could have replaced numerous parts at a huge cost and still have the same fault, so the diagnosis has saved me time & a fortune on unnecessary replacement parts. I would highly recommend this company.

Bought a second hand car and after 6 days it had an intermittent fault of stalling constantly, and throwing up a fault of “low fuel pressure” after trying 4 different garages and been given the run around, vague types of solutions, big quotes with no guarantees of an actual solution I was becoming frustrated, then a local garage gave me the number for intelligent auto. And after a few minutes on the phone I felt more confident than I had talking to anyone I had previous.. the mechanic showed immediate interest in my problem.. asked quite in depth questions about when the stalls were occurring and other faults etc that were happening. I had to wait a week to get my car in.. and was constantly updated on any progress or findings that were made.. on the second day I was called, given an in depth description of my fault and how this was going to be rectified.. when I went to collect my car the mechanic showed me video footage and explained exactly how he discovered and fixed the fault. I actually feel like I learned something! The transparency and interest shown by the mechanic Simply can’t be faulted. I only wish I’d had the phone number the week my car started playing up.. the levels he went to to diagnose the issue are worth going here alone. And as someone who knows nowt about cars.. you kinda put your trust in a mechanics hands.. and they could tell me anything and I’d believe it… but the constant updates. Videos, explanations.. just completely put you at ease and give you confidence from a customer stand point. My Skoda is running like a dream, my fix was half the price of my cheapest previous quote and the issue was different than 3 previous diagnostics. Any future issues I’ll be straight back here. And I’d recommend anyone else to do the same. Gets the the absolute root of the issue, no double talk, fully transparent and great customer communication all round.

Brilliant service from my 1st phone call right up to picking the car up. Explained and showed me the issues in terms I understood after being told by 2 big high Street garages different issues, these guys diagnosed and repaired at a fraction of the cost. 10 out 10

Absolutely flawless customer service, always with a smile and incredible diagnostic skills. I had a lot of different issues with a complex vehicle over a year or so and Gary got to the root of the problem every time. He is the only garage I would ever use from experience. Just book.
