A wonderful company that I have had great pleasure in dealing with. Having had to have both my gas boiler serviced (by a wonderful engineer) and some remedial plumbing work done, this was carried out very professionally and in a knowledgeable manner. The engineers were extremely polite and kind; I would 100% recommend to all friends and family!

The team arrived as arranged, worked solidly and got the boiler installed in five days. The review by the manufacturer for compliance showed 100% excellence. The team were great to deal with and very professional. Above all they have a sense of 'owning; the installation and have helped with follow up questions etc.

Toby came to fix a problem with a leaking pipe within the ceiling. Very punctual, sourced the problem and resolved the issue quickly. Also gave excellent advice on a new bathroom layout and options. Very professional and knowledgeable. A credit to the company

I cannot speak highly enough of Finbra - my heating broke down between Christmas and New Year, and I was very cold. Unable to get my usual plumber, I phoned Finbra on my daughter's recommendation - I hadn't used them before. Jason came out that afternoon. He diagnosed the problem within 3 minutes (faulty valve in an upstairs cupboard), and ordered the part. The next working day Alex came and fitted the new valve and did a full, and very thorough service of the boiler. Both very nice and polite gentlemen. Asked them to provide and install new kitchen sink and outside tap, the admin staff were excellent and made all the arrangements necessary. The plumber, Alex, arrived on time and was friendly and professional. All the work was completed quickly and to a high standard.

I wanted an outside garden tap fitted and Finbra could do this for me the following day! They sent Kieron, who is very pleasant, polite and professional. (I like the fact he introduced himself and shook my hand when he arrived). He also looked at, and advised on a couple of other plumbing repairs that I needed doing, (shower mixer taps, and leaky kitchen tap) and will be returning to repair/replace those. I use Finbra for my boiler and air-source heat pump servicing also, and can highly recommend them.

This company is the worse I have ever dealt with.Took out our boiler in July stating that they would start installation of the ground source heat pump in September.We were assured that it would be finished before Jason moved into his new home in October half term.Currently we still have no hot water or heating. It is freezing here.They have just left us without any heating whilst carrying on doing their normal servicing of boilers etc.The parts all turned up at our house on the 3rd October butJason was not here to sign for them. The guy waited 3 hours for Jason to arrive in the end he had to go taking the pump and pipework with him.He bought it back a week later but it just sat on our drive. There was no hurry on Jasons part to get it installed.The digger man and Zak a young boy has done most of the installation. Jason has dropped in occasionally but has never been here a full day!Jason is full of promises ....he has had over 50,000 from us to date and as already stated we are without heating and hot water.The weather forecast is now for artic winds with possible snow.They are not here again this morning Monday 5th December despite saying they would be.I would not recommend this company to anyone.Dr and Mrs Hellendoorn

I would definitely recommend Finbra Plumbing, we’ve used them several times this year for different jobs including an emergency call out and boiler and full system replacement. Always professional, their work is excellent quality and they left everything tidy and clean once finished. We had to rearrange some work and they were very accommodating. Great company, will continue to use them whenever we need servicing or any further work.
