The worst customer service ever. Doesn't deliver on time and when he does it half the items. Doesn't answer my calls, when he does I get threats asking me to come down and see what happens. Still owes me money. Honestly the most frustrating experience of my life

Spoke to a person over the phone and was told they had a Corsa wing, I asked specifically if it had any dents/scratches and was told no. i travelled 2 hours to collect it and it had 3 dents in it and was scratched. very poor service and overpriced

Purchased a second hand Astra engine from Next Day Parts via EnginesOD.com. Engine received without CAM cover, so could not have been tested, nor complete, as advertised. NextDay Parts refused to engage meaningfully in any dialogue, and refused to offer any compensation for the missing part (which had to be replaced at my own cost). Instead, they offered a full refund if I shipped the engine back (which would of course been at my additional cost, so impractical). Shocking service. Would never recommend to anyone. Very doubtful as to the accuracy of the mileage reported for the engine - the exact same photo and similar mileage was appearing on their EnginesOD.com advert just a few days after I received the engine notionally in the photo. Avoid.

Sent wrong item. Due to this had to pay £45 fee to the mechanic. When I asked about returning the item as they had sent the wrong one they refused and told me to sell the item to recoup my losses. After asking if I could talk to the manager they blocked my number.Avoid at all cost. Terrible service and will end up wasting your time and money.

Apart from NAZ Motors above the door, Next Day Parts was easy to get to and find.They certainly supply many parts from vehicles they have broken for spares.I suspect that they also repair.In my short visit to pick up a door I have never seen so many doors or tires, for that matter.Anyway, my transaction was satisfactory.

Utter con merchant, avoid at all costs. Advertised 2014 engine but supplier 2011 with more miles on and took 3weeks to dispatch, courier confirmed. Sold exact same engine as advertised several times, have proof. Swore at me when contacted. Fraudster

These people are angels. Hugely helpful, kind and brilliant value. I needed some small parts for a my car - just some wheel nuts - they supplied and fitted in a few minutes, for a fraction of the price I'd have paid elsewhere, especially the big chains. Maybe my experience with suicide helps me to see in people their deep humanity, quality, reliability, and kindness in their hearts. Anyway, thank you, lovely NextDay Parts people. Absolute time wasters and liars. From the owner promising you one thing and the “delivery driver” lying about everything else. Bunch of clowns avoid at all costs. Save your time and money dealing with these bunch of clowns.

Bought x4 alloys for vauxhall insignia. X1 was buckled and promised to replace when another car came in. Kindly rang me 4 weeks later and said alloy is ready. I said I can only do a Sunday, even though normally closed they helped me out. Thought it was really nice of them to phone. Due to the kindness I bought extra things whist there and was very helpful.

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! ABSOLUTE WORST BUSINESS person (NAZ) and business to deal with ever! Promised my relative an engine everyday for the last 3-4 weeks and never received anything. Had a story for everyday that we called and even had some random call saying they were from the courier advising the engine was being delivered but when I called the REAL courier company, they said it has not even been picked up. Unprofessional staff, service and business people AND CONTINUALLY LIEING EVERYDAY - DODGY DODGY DODGY. DO NOT GIVE YOUR $$ TO THESE PEOPLE!! YOU WILL NEVER SEE THE ITEM!! Will definitely be reporting to the Motor Ombudsmen UK - if you have had bad business REPORT TO THE MOTOR OMBUDSMEN!!!!
