Fix Auto Newbury

I’ve visited Fix Auto a few times now, each time I’ve encountered such nice guys. They are all so friendly and helpful. They did a fab fix job after I sadly hit a deer which caused quite a bit of damage. I recently called to get an air con re-gas and they fitted me in the same day. Highly recommend!

Don't bother. I sent them an email three weeks ago and they've not responded. I called and was advised to take the vehicle in instead

Had my wheels refurbed as mine we're curbed. They made a really nice job and we're extremely professional and courteous. Would highly recommend these guys and will definitely be using them again (not too soon hopefully) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

These guys do mots on motorhomes. Good service, turn up when you are booked in, otherwise your will face delays.

Went in, in person to get a quote to respray a car bonnet. Was initially ignored while 2 staff chit chatted. Was told to email pictures, I said the car is outside! They tool a quick look and asked me to write my reg, name, email and phone number (which I did)...Never received a reply or acknowledgement.Will go elsewhere.If I was the owner of this business, I would not be happy with the staff working there.

Pretty disappointing experience so far. This is my insurer's preferred repairer and while they're friendly and amicable, they don't answer the phone very often, when they do they don't follow up on their commitments and despite 5 messages I've not received an update on my vehicle's progress. I'll revise this review if anything changes

Couldn't recommend this garage higher. Very happy with the work carried out.

I have been sent to this garage by my insurance to fit the catalytic converter. I can't be happier, as those guys were so good. They took my car the next day and brought a loan car. The repair took 3 days, got my car back with the new part, and security on it! I called them a few times, and they were absolutely polite and helpful! Thank you, Ross and his team, for a good, painless time while in repair.

I cannot praise the body shop guys enough. They went above and beyond. Our commercial van was in a bad state after being driven into a stationary shipping container, meaning the front drivers side of the vehicle was pretty mashed, with the wiring of indictor & reverse sensors being damaged too. The body shop were chosen by our insurance company and what could have been a painful process was made so easy by the guys at Fix Auto.They were great with the communication, extremely friendly and got the van in so quickly and completed the repairs to such a high standard.We were so impressed when the van came back, the vehicle looks brand new! You cannot tell that anything has ever happened.We really appreciate everything the Body Shop team have done for us, thank you so much again for all the hard work that went into fixing the van.
