Another great hair cut but the hair wash was a joke. I had to finish washing my ears out.

I was under the impression I would be seen to quickly but after half an hour I realised I was in a queue much longer than I'd realised. Would have been polite to let me know when I entered.The attention and professionalism I observed though gives me no hesitation in giving 4 stars. Just wasn't my lucky day :)
