Halfords Autocentre Iverson Hanwell

Had my MOT done here, had to get headlight and side light changed, after picking it up found a circuit board and a light bulb just sitting in my engine bay on the drive belt, and was offered to get it fixed in the evening but coulent due to work the next day.After a day or two I found that my headlight wouldnt electronically adjust and so I requested the cost of repairing the unit from the dealers office as I had work and so couldn't get it to them and didn't wish to put trust in the work as it clearly was rushed and parts left in my bay.Overall sloppy job and the mechanics had no idea what the circuit board was even for, they touched a electronic headlight adjustment unit when it wasn't necessary,Very shame and still haven't had the cost of the unit recovered, headlight cost was £68

Five stars because the engineers have always been polite, helpful, and willing to help the best way they can. Also, because their focus was not my pocket. They have done things for which they never asked for a pence. Such professional behaviour deservers recognition, and commendation.

Just drove in without appointment, with a pressure-losing tyre. Solomon immediately identified a nail, did not try to sell me a new tyre but did a fab job repairing it there and then. Friendly and effective customer service, thank you.

Worst Halfords garage!!! The manager atitude towards me was disgraceful and disrespectful.I had a booking transferred from a different garage that couldn't do it and he complained to me that the customer service that dealt with my booking didn't do the right thing and he would have to deal with head office, on which it's nothing to do with me and also started talking very rude towards my wife.I had appointment booked for 1pm and on the email says yo arrive 10min earlier. There was no other work being carried out and very rude again the manager said that in his sistema he was only able to start the work at 13:15, because the guy was on his break.After all the waiting he ended up telling me that he was not able to do the wheel alignment on my car.I can only advise people to avoid that garage.

Poor service. Cancelled MOT when I was driving there. When I rescheduled my car failed on some bodywork that passed the last time (inconsistent). After I fixed it a week later I took it back mid afternoon and the MoT engineer had left for the day so they couldn't approve the fixes. When I called to arrange to come in the following weekend they informed me that I was out of time and I would have to book a whole MoT again. At no time did they warn me about this. The service was devoid of...service and also of empathy. Been to other Halfords and not had a problem. I wont be returning to this one.

Booked a free brake check next day found out security wheel nut was missing and new dent on my car , from the conversation I had will not defiantly suggest they use genuine product, it’s a negative experience

Bunch of cowboys. Left my Lexus for MOT and new tyres, collected with smashed front bumper. Shop manager promised to cover the costs initially, but changed his mind later... Stay clear
