MVMT FITNESS

What can I say about MVMT fitness only that it has changed my life (not to be dramatic) I have come and gone from a multitude of different gyms and never lasted more than a month. I have been with MVMT for the guts of 2 years and completely love it!! All the coaches are brilliant and so supportive and helpful I would be lost with out it now. The community that they have built up is brilliant and everyone is so supportive. Would and have recommended it to lots of people. Fair play to coach Kate for building such a great community.

I joined MVMT back in October as I wanted to try something new instead of another winter of S&C training in a standard gym. Kate and the team were super helpful and the workouts were all challenging but enjoyable. They have created a great felling of community in the gym. Having competed 6 months of training there I feel in really good shape and well prepared for a summer of racing.

Great gym & community! The coaches are brilliant - you learn so much from them & they’re committed to your progress. Constant improvement & they make your goals achievable. Friendly place - all levels & goals accepted. Highly recommend!
