Excellent service from the admin team, anything you ask of them they can do or point you in the right direction to get it done - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone with a business looking for a premises to operate from. Always clean as well.

Attempted to rent a place out at Stoke Business Park everything went well was offered a date to move in and paid £450 deposit. On the friday tried to say their was a failed credit check aware my credit was very good. Something strange and wasted my time. Wouldn't recommended them to anyone if you want to be messed around they will do that and drop you without notice and break oral agreements.

Lots of parking, and good quality stores. As long as you want soft furnishings, electrical goods, a car factors and a DIY centers, there is a good selection of shops. Not forgetting Vospers for a new car. A few other stores around in the area.Also a drive through coffee franchise. But as I don't drink coffee, I don't get the need to have a hot drink no more that an arm's length away.

Fantastic place to rent a great value workspace of your choice within a friendly and supportive business community. Suitable foe small businesses and startups. Good facilities including meeting rooms and Granny Plumbs Cafe. Monthly rent starts from as little as £200 a month...

Easy to park - but you do need to get a blue ticket from reception. The building has many different units inside and I was visiting just one of them

I attend City Business Park to train every week. It's a very spacious building. There are many offices situated inside for rent, many sizes to suit all manner of needs, plus conference rooms and the like. Secure entry with a fingerprint reader - when the receptionist finishes at 4.30pm (there are either fingerprint readers or code entry at various locations throughout the entire building). Relatively easy to locate (if on foot, or indeed vehicle, and unaware of Plymouth's road names, I'd recommend Google Maps!) and access by foot or car/van. Plenty of parking, a big space in-fact located at the front of CBP and I believe another, maybe just for staff though, at the rear of the building - free to those that rent offices - pay & display for visitors. Parking for employees situated at the rear of City Business Park. The only downside, a bit like a rabbit's warren inside and easy to get lost! It's a clean building, often, it's deserted when I go in to train on my course at 5pm, and the cleaner's are pottering about. I always like the vibe in this place, feeling safer with the secure entry, as when I began my course, it was dark by 5pm.

They provide excellence care to their client who needs any kind of care related help kindly contact to the office. Nice staff and good skilled workers doing job their. Please visit and give a chance then they will better give a proof.

free parking for 2 hours. secure location with a lot of independent businesses. smoking is not allowed anywhere on site. vending machines in reception
