Prescriptions that has been made up 2 weeks running had a wait of 20 each time before the Staff could find it. Terrible service .

My husbands just been to pick up my HRT patches (3rd ) visit .Pharmacist just told him and the rest of the people in the shop I'm 58 and there's younger people needing medication .I know there's difficulty in getting HRT ,but ti stop it suddenly ( as the pharmacist would know is dangerous ) whether I'm 58 or not I'm entitled to my medication .

Phoned because of wrong prescription for my diabetic machine and they couldn't care less thats what was on script so that's what they gave me so now I have to go without testing my sugars all weekend

Went to pick up prescription on Tuesday told would not get until Wednesday went in today Thursday and was told they didn't have my prescription had to argue to finally get prescription today as needed the prescription they prefer to cater for all the junkies can be waiting to be served and if a junkie comes in the customers are forgotten about

We used this Pharmacy for years but had no choice other than to leave as the staff changes over this last year DEFINATELY have not been for the good & of late its become a mecca for junkies who seem to get preferential treatment.Also what's the point of having COVID restrictions if your local pharmacy doesn't even adhere to social distancing guidelines.
