Was charged £47 to be told they are unable to check my dog because he is to anxious yet they still happy to take my money for doing nothing. Not happy have requested a full refund. Won't use this vets again.

Absolutely brilliant veterinary practice - attentive and caring, very helpful and allows the pet owner to lead the care of the animal and collaborate on all options and choices instead of just focusing on profit. Really appreciate this wonderful practice for being there and giving me somewhere I feel comfortable and confident to take my squad of animals if required.
