I love to work with Avant because they provide great support and value my work. I have been working with Avant for more than a year now and got wonderful support from management and they do value their clients and provide excellent support to them. I got lovely clients and everyone treats me with love and care.Always it’s nice to be at work. I’m quite grateful to be a part of Avant healthcare.

I have worked at Avant for the last year and 3 months. I have learnt so much in this time and have had full support from the excellent office staff and field managers. Coming from a completely different background I have found this job so rewarding I can honestly say it has changed my life. This job allows you to be a kind and compassionate person and make a difference to the people who need it the most. I don’t think I have heard the words thank you so much in any other job. Avant is an excellent company to work for. I have been working as a part time carer for an year now, during my time here I have developed many skills and gained practical knowledge, thanks to all the regular updates and free training courses offered to all. The management team are very supportive and approachable with all aspects of employment specially branch manager Danielle Daines" and the team members make it a friendly place to work. The company offers an excellent benefit and pension scheme and are very accommodating with flexible working requests where possible. Their experienced field managers and colleagues are friendly and very supportive. Service managers in office are also very helpful and quick to sort the rota. I can also adjust my working hours with little notice. There are plenty of opportunities to grow with in the company. I would recommend Avant to all those who are thinking to start a career in care services."

I've been employed here for many years. Despite the hectic daily life of working in social care, I genuinely enjoy working at Avant. I've gained multiple qualifications and been given the opportunity to advance into management roles with ongoing support. Most of the employees have been there for years, so all know each other well, which positively contributes to how the company operates. There are challenges at times, and there are areas that are being improved, but overall, I'm proud to say I'm part of the company.

Avant is a great place to work. I have been working here more than 2 years now. They care about their staff and they provide a quality training to the staff and make sure they learn and be more confident while working. More flexible working. Fantastic care service! I wouldn't hesitate in recommending! When they say they are like big one family, it's true. Everyone is so supportive, helpful and they do their very best to just give top quality care to the people it looks after! From the carers to the office team, everyone just gives 110% and wants to do their best.The customers/ clients in avant are so loving, they love our service what we give them and they always appreciate it, it’s all due to best training, understanding and support.Having never worked in care before, I was nervous entering the care industry, but from the start they reassured and welcomed me from day one! I started working in the company as a student and now I am working as a Field based manager. I had a wonderful experience working with them so far. The team was supportive and cooperative. They have given me all the training and support in the right way, has boosted my confidence and helped me build my skills and knowledge.

We have used Avant Hounslow Care for a number of years and they are very good with my mum. She has regular carers such as Shorifa ,Rajwant and Zam zam who are very attentive and have a lot of patience.
