Pheasant Acre Plants

I ordered 15 dahlia plants in Feb 2022. None have arrived despite Rob giving me a commitment to send them to me before 2 June. I called again mid June to be promised by Helen they would be sent the following week. I'm still waiting despite e mails and phone calls which are now not being answered.These dahlias were being grown for a friend's daughter's wedding in September. When a supplier advertises they have a gold medal from Chelsea you expect (wrongly as it turns out) to receive a high standard of service. Maybe the RHS need to review how their branding is also being affected by suppliers such as Pheasant Acre taking advantage of their award by offering an unacceptable service.

I spent over £100 on dahlias in 2021 and I STILL have outstanding plants and tubers that have never been delivered, despite having phoned and emailed on numerous occasions. Several of the varieties had been ordered for a wedding display in August 2022 but never arrived. Appalling customer service that doesn't even get a personalised apology, let alone delivery. Will they turn up this Spring? I'm still waiting...

I ordered several Dahlia plants back in 2021. I did phone to see where my order was and they said a few weren't the right size . I agreed to them substituting for an alternative red Dahlia. When they all arrived l was very pleased at the size and the health of the plants, and the care that went into packaging them so carefully. Because they were all such strong healthy plants, they all bloomed beautifully all summer long. Thank you for all of your hard work.

We are trying to get our order since April 22 with no result. Mails with no answer, phone call with no following up. We ordered some dahlias at the Chelsea flower show last septembre 2021. They were supposed to be delivered in April but we have note received any news. This is not acceptable while it has been paid cash in September 21. we are about to inform the Chelsea Flower show of this situation. apparently we are not the only ones. it is not acceptable that with this kind of behavior this company can sell at the show. they are not reliable.

Bought a selection of daffodils and tulips from them at the NEC gardeners' world show last summer. They have all come up beautifully this spring. Really pleased. Gladioli's arrived at the end of March. Just trying to decide where to put them. Eagerly awaiting the delivery of Dahlia's too. Great customer service. Will definitely be buying from them again this year.

Avoid, feels like a fraudulent company, their customer service is so non existent. Chelsea order not honoured 2 years later! We had to ring and email daily to be told they would not honour it despite reassurance that we would receive our order 2 years late when we hounded them last year, fingers crossed for our refund.

Like many of the other reviewers on here, I spent close to £150 on dahlias at the 2021 chelsea flower show for delivery summer last year. They never showed up. I emailed and called countless times. They sent an email explaining that the demand they recieved at the flower show far outstripped their stock and they would not be able to deliver. They offered to roll the order over to March 2023 and offered some spring bulbs to be delivered in winter 2022. Neither have arrived. Still chasing a redund.

I ordered dahlias at the Chelsea Flower Show in September 2021 to be delivered to my daughter in Spring 2022. She has never received the order. After at least six emails and telephone calls in which I stated that my daughter no:longer wanted the tubers due to the very long delay, I requested a refund. My last email reminder was sent A year has gone by and I still have not received the refund. Needless to say my daughter has ordered and received this Spring's order from elsewhere. Small Claims Court next?

Appalling customer service!!I ordered dahlia plants at the RHS Wisley flower show in Sept 21, and added more plants by phoning Pheasant Acre Plants in Feb, so approx £80. They were due to be delivered in May/\June. I have received nothing. Have emailed and left messages but no response. I thought this was a reputable company, but I would not recommend them.Where are my dahlias? If you do not have the stock any more, then I would like a refund. Please contact me ASAP. Just wanted to drop you a line, as the tulips I ordered have now come up. I can’t even begin to express how sturdy and beautiful they are, and how much I appreciate your hard work and great service. I impulsively ordered plants from you during first lockdown because I wanted to support businesses that had been impacted by the cancellation of Chelsea flower show. The various nurseries I ordered from, including yours, have sent me the most beautiful and healthy plants and made it even clearer that independant nurseries are the best of British.
