They did us a balloon arch and balloons for our dancefloor that were biodegradable balloons (this was important to us). Very professional service, went out of their way to help us and managed at the last hour to find us cake boxes too! Can definitely recommend.

We regularly use this shop for big family occasions and they never fail to impress. We mainly use them for balloons. The staff are very knowledgeable and eager to help. They make suggestions on what might work but are never forceful in their opinions in what you should buy.

Visited today to get my Mam a balloon to take to a family meal to celebrate her finishing a course of chemo. Served by a blonde lady who was compassionate, helpful, and super lovely. In fact, the team stayed open past their closing time to serve us. £16.95 might seem a lot for a balloon, but I would pay that everyday for the level of service, and the way it’s presented is beautiful! We got a main balloon, 10 small balloons, a balloon weight, organza ribbon, foil curling ribbon, and a personalised ribbon with a message on it. I think that’s a bargain and supporting a family run business is a feeling you can’t beat! Thanks team 1st Stop Party Shop.
