Much improved. Clean, friendly staff and great party facilities for kids. Smaller venue but the kids loved it and while younger the staff were all very professional, polite and organised.

Having been for carvery two weeks in a row which we enjoyed we thought we’d take our 2 year old granddaughter to the wacky warehouse although she enjoyed herself we were very disappointed with the toddler area not much for little ones to play on and in very poor condition, the top of the slide into the ball pool was ripped which I would consider to be a health and safety issue.Having been to other soft play places which were far better this place felt cold and damp we won’t be going again.

Visit here 4 times a week we buy the passes monthly as kids love it. Today whilst visiting it was very busy obviously its a weekend so expected but the staff was so rude. Asked if we could wait for a table and they said no. Just no need to be rude about it really. Will go to heath farm congleton in future.

I ordered my meal then used the toilet there was no soap in the men's toilet. It felt to awkward to complain. I just washed my hands without any soap so didn't really want to eat the food with my dirty hands.

Great helpful staff that have a chat with you. Especially cheeky, charming young man behind the bar. Who doesn't mind having a joke with two older women!!Great Caverery lovely choice of potatoes and vegetables. We had the turkey and it just melted on the tongue. If you can't eat it all, as you can pile as much Veggies that you out plate can hold; they give you a free doggie bag". That you can place in the Microwave later or even the next day!My children are all grown up now so didn't go into the Wacky House. We actually returned July 21st 2023. A different chief.Turkey had a pinkish slice in our plate. I didn't want to say anything

Hadn't been for a while and remembered getting a decent breakfast in the past, so went for a weekend brekky treat. Very quiet, only about 3 tables taken and decor/fixtures looking tired and in need of a refresh. I noticed a fair bit of damage to seats, walls etc making it look rough in the daylightStaff were very friendly and helpful, though service was very slow and the quality of the breakfast food pretty poor. On the upside prices are quite low, so I guess you could say you get what you pay for. Personally, I won't be rushing back anytime soon. Much better offerings elsewhere in town.

I've been in 4 times previous to my most recent visit which was last week with no problem. The staff were very friendly, but I could not help my children on the soft play area and was told I was not allowed on there. I have a 3 year old who is very shy around other children so isn't confident enough to go on by herself although is physically capable, and an 18 month old who is slightly too small to get up the steps by herself but a wild child who loves big slides. I visit different soft play centres in Cheshire every single week, and have done so for the past few years including at The Plough, and never once before now have I been told that I can't assist my children on there. The only suitable" part for under 5's without assistance is a ball pit and a mirror
