Customer beware other hire companies supply returns bag included in price, this one doesn't. We could find NO info on website for returning costumes other than an address. I phoned the company and was basically told how I got it back to them was down to me, but if I used the post office it would probably be damaged or late and I'd lose my deposit ! Worst thing is the costume doesn't even fit.

Complete Costumes have a wide range of beautiful costumes from many periods. We hired male and female Regency attire which was perfectly suited to our event and we received compliments throughout the evening!The service is excellent. We were kindly allowed to try a range of outfits after arranging an appointment which helped us choose the perfect costume. With an upcoming Bank Holiday, Complete Costumes sent our outfits early to ensure delivery before our event. They communicated promptly to our enquiries.Highly recommended.

A great company! The costume was in received in great condition and true to photograph. Returning was easy cheap and very straight forward. For hiring the costume .. it may not fit perfect as everyone is not the same shape but it looked fantastic.. great quality. I needed to hang on to the costume for longer than a week and they were very understanding and charged me accordingly. As having previously owned a fancy dress hire, I know how hard it is and time consuming keeping the costumes at such a high standard so I feel they are worth every penny!

Appalling. Avoid. Completely hopeless.We hired 2 costumes for a Georgian ball and we received 2 completely different costumes in the wrong sizes, and never received the accessories.They didn't reply to emails for days, so it was too late to receive a replacement in time for the event. We rang and rang their phone number and they never once answered it. It has been a huge pain to get a partial refund. And I've received some extremely rude emails. How not to run a business.

Costume arrived damaged. There was an issue with delivery as the driver couldn't find my property so just took it miles away to a delivery office that I was unable to get to until a day before the item was required. Very rude email received. Refused to refund the damaged item Hire. Would never ever purchase from them again.
