Issues started immediately at this venue. They have narrow double doors as the entry way. Someone had bolted them from the inside meaning i couldnt even get my stroller in the doorway. Repeated attempts to get staff attention were ignored. Another patron who was leaving had to unbolt the door for me and hold it open. When i was served the server was not friendly no smiles no welcome just have you been here before?" to which i replied no. I was then instructed to read the notice on the wall which was a bog standard soft play set of rules any idiot would already know. During our visit i interacted with three staff members who were all supercilious and arrogant and speak to customers like they are stupid. Facilities are below par the accessible toilet had no lock apart from a bolt near the top which my children couldnt reach and there was no toilet paper. Written in large crude red letters on the wall above the toilet was a reminder to flush. While we were there a staff member snapped over the tannoy a couple of times that children should not be climbing up the slide. The tone used was completely unprofessional and unpleasant. We didn't stay for the full 90 minutes. As we were leaving a staff member asked for my surname again as if i was stupid (they had not told us to sign out when we were leaving). Plus points: reasonable price per child and no fee for adults

Friendly staff, but really dirty. It’s cheap so I don’t mind the equipment being tatty but it’s really, really dirty. Outside the net it’s thick with dust and there is black mould up the walls. Not good/safe for asthmatic children.

Upon my recent visit I have to say I was very impressed by a member of staff called Rebecca. She stayed very calm, professional & approached situations with an upbeat manner. The place was extremely busy and she managed to communicate with waiting customers to ensure they understood they would be seen to shortly.

Title: A Disheartening Experience at Wacky Warehouse Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5) My recent visit to the Wacky Warehouse left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. What was supposed to be a fun and exciting outing turned into a grim and uncomfortable experience, marred by a multitude of issues that left me questioning the establishment's commitment to its patrons' satisfaction. One of the most glaring issues was the appalling level of cleanliness—or rather, the lack thereof. The entire facility was filthy and unclean, from the floors to the tables and surfaces. It was evident that no effort had been made to maintain even basic hygiene standards. The tables were sticky and unkempt, and the floor looked like it hadn't been mopped or cleaned in ages. This not only created an unappealing atmosphere but also raised concerns about the health and safety of the children playing there.Adding to the discomfort, the lack of proper air circulation on warmer days turned the play area into a stifling and suffocating environment. The absence of adequate ventilation made it nearly unbearable for both the kids and parents alike. To make matters worse, the separation of play areas for kids under five and over five seemed meaningless, as there were no measures in place to prevent them from mixing or wandering into each other's spaces. This negligence in maintaining distinct spaces is a potential recipe for chaos and accidents. The presence of a slide that could possibly traumatise younger kids is another issue that highlighted the lack of consideration for children's safety. Wacky Warehouse should prioritise age-appropriate equipment to ensure that all kids can play without fear or distress. As if the interior conditions weren't bad enough, the exterior was equally disappointing. The presence of rubbish both inside and outside the facility further solidified the establishment's lack of care. The paintwork was faded and peeling, giving the entire place an air of serious neglect and abandonment. The café was another letdown. Overcharging for a limited menu with subpar offerings, including poorly made coffee lacking proper milk or steamed milk, was a final blow to the already dismal experience. The staff manning the café were visibly untrained and displayed an alarming lack of motivation or attentiveness to customers' needs.Adding insult to injury, the birthday cakes provided for guests were unceremoniously placed in tissue instead of proper containers. This lack of attention to detail, especially when charging on a per-head basis, was truly unforgivable. In conclusion, my visit to Wacky Warehouse was a disappointing and disheartening experience from start to finish. The unclean environment, lack of maintenance, poor air circulation, safety concerns, and overall neglect of the facility's condition were all indicators of a place that has lost sight of its primary objective: to provide a safe and enjoyable space for children to play. The disregard for basic cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction, combined with an overcharging café and an untrained staff, make this establishment one that I cannot recommend to anyone seeking a positive and memorable experience for their kids.

If I can give them less then 1 star I would like to because it was the worst play area ever I have booked for my son birthday at Barlow croft Wacky in Didsbury, the staff there were so rude ,disrespectful and unprofessional because I was asking if I can move one table and the were so rude I asked for the Manger to speak with he was more rude than his staff. I really don’t recommend to going there plus the place so dirty and smells bad and disgusting ,If you go to the toilet , you will throw up from the bad smell and filth.

This has been the worst play area i have been too. Dirty and unkempt. Thr adults are not allowed on the frame. The play frame is torn at several places and kept together using duct tape! Which is peeling on multiple places and a health and safety hazard for sure. The red twisted slide is unsafe so don’t let you child on it. My son banged his head while trying to get on it which caused a major nose bleed. Staff were continuously shouting through the speakers at children and parents couldn’t do anything as we were not allowed in the frame. I had a terrible experience and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

We had a very unpleasant time with our two toddlers today. The softplay staff were very rude and created a tense environment. There were Continuous announcements with staff shouting through speakers that adults are not allowed on the play frame. This made supervising kids very difficult and both myself and my wife were standing throughout to keep an eye on our kids as we were not allowed on the frame. As parents were not allowed on the frame, the staff were shouting at kids to stop them from going up the slides. Some kids were very scared to approach the slides because of the announcements. Although under 5 have a separate area but it is really small and torn apart duento low maintenance. The over 5 play area has entrance next to under 5 so the younger kids can easily enter it. The red twisted slide is not safe for any children. My son fell down and hurt his nose. He banged his head on it the second time which caused nose bleed.

I had a visit to Barlow croft last week as one of my family member recommended it. price wise It's cheap,no adult admission, which is fantastic compared to other places. Staff members are friendly. i would recommend it for small family members . Also there's an issue with their current address. Centre, Wilmslow Rd, Parrs Wood, Manchester, Entertainment M20 5PG however this is the wrong address cuz this address took me to the Wilmslow Rd , i have informed the staff members they will update the address ASAP the right address is Parrs Wood Entertainment Centre, Wilmslow Rd, East Didsbury M20 5PG

Filthy! Equipment is ripped and grubby. The baby area was full of padding/stuffing which had come away through the rips. I'd avoid the ball pit like the plauge. 3 out of 6 of the group came down with stomach bugs after visiting this soft play. Annoyed that I spent money on taking my children here, never again!

Our first time in here. First impression building is not big, it doesn't smell fresh inside. Over 5's area was really good and spacious. My kid enjoyed her play time. Toilet was clean. On a downside the area is very very dirty. She only got an hour to play, which is not worth the money paid, unlike other play areas where you can stay much longer. They didn't serve any food. We will be back, but it could be doing much better.
