Red Driving School

Would not recommend. I paid for a lesson upfront as requested and without any notice the instructor Jacek did not show; my calls and messages never got returned and my money got taken. On another occasion, he threatened to cancel my upcoming lessons and driving test booking if I didn’t pay them all upfront. He had difficulty explaining certain things during lessons which increased my anxiety while driving. Avoid him at all costs.

this company uses good marketing and pride themselves on 'good' driving instructors! i would like to clarify you that this is not the case.Having invested alot of my money into there company I feel completely ripped off. my instructor was very bad at communicating, he cancelled my lessons last minuets numerous amounts of times, On my first test, he called up that evening and said he had plans and couldnt make it. (I did think of changing my instrucor so many times but didnt due to feeling like i wouldve had to get to know another car + instructor :/)On the day of my second booked test he showed up in another car and forget to tell me? when calling red to discuss this they told me i should had been ready to drive any car... if anyone has taken there test or is about to they would know how horrible this experiance is (full of anxiety, lots of doubt and the worry you'll have to fork out another £116!)Prior to this my instructor asked if i would pay in cash, for this reason red said they couldn't clarify i had even taken the classes, or had my test. But i felt obliged to pay in cash by the way he asked.In my experiance i WOULDN'T advise anyone to book through red, especially avoiding Wailam Wong!Best luck on your driving, i hope your experiance is better than mine, I have now gone through a local company (defaintly better to support local businesses anyhow, who dont lie in there advertising) and passed.Am sharing this because driving is expensive &, stressful, I wish i would had been notified about the company or my instructor before.Good luck!

I went with red from plymouth with a instructor called gabriel, he was fantastic so professional and so calm he was the best by far! (And I've had a few instructors:D) recommend gabriel!
