The food is really delicious, the chicken was served fresh and crispy - the maple syrup addition was also perfect with it. However, I felt the wait time was quite long especially since I had only ordered just the 1 thing. Regardless, the staff are friendly and the chicken is really good

Really hate to right such a meh review. I used to really love Hey Chick! - they were my weekly takeaway of choice, but the recent change from the juicy chicken thigh to the rather dry chicken breast in the burgers has been disappointing and I don’t think I will be getting another burger from Hey Chick! unfortunately. It’s really a shame, because their sides and dips are delicious, their burgers used to be the absolutely best too, but they’re just too dry and bland for me now :(

Why have a presence in Common Market if you won’t serve Common Market customers? Too busy doing Deliveroo orders at peak time on Friday evening. Said to come back in 10 mins, but we’ll past that now and no sign of then taking orders

Never be back. Staff are a bunch of miserable, incompetant, vaping kids.Was in common market Saturday night (8th July), ordered the vegan mushroom burger. Girl taking my order didnt once make eye contact and looked fed up the whole time. Eventually got my order, bit into it and it was chicken. Super! Wife went up to politely bring it to their attention. The girl and fella with short shaved hair were there. Girl said I didnt make the burger....but we'll make a new one in 10 minutes". That was it

The food is 10/10, every time I order something always wanting more which I can’t say the same for most places including big name food joints like bootleggers or even KFC. Everything I’ve tried from there menu that I’ve tried gives me something different and makes me excited to try the next thing. The service 20/10 the people that I have had the great opportunity of interacting with from here are kind, polite, professional and all an all good human beings. I had a driver steal my order and once I called them and explained the situation instead of brushing the issue off as my problem or a problem for the delivery provider they apologised and remade the order and PERSONALLY brought it round to me even tho they had no obligation or incentive to do so especially when they WERE FINISHED FOR THE DAY. Out of all the places I’ve tried not one springs to mind that would do the same. I hope they continue to do business and as I know I will continue to support it.

Fantastic! I try to make an effort to come here whenever I’m in Belfast. The burgers are absolutely amazing, although can be a little messy with all the sauce!Prices are on par with what you’d expect to pay for street food. It also has the added benefit of being in common market so you can also try things from other vendors, get a drink at the bar and enjoy live music or sports.Atmosphere in the common market is great too, you can easily spend a few hours here.
