The food is highly recommend the atmosphere is very nice and piecefull the staff are very nice and welcoming the shop is in a nice area with good street parking very clean and well maintained and when ordering diatry options are clearly said highly recommend this Pepe's store to anyone wanting to visit tasca is very nice also very nice view of sands area

Best Pepe's I've had yet and I've been to loads London , Hereford , Scotland , Worcester and more and it was clean and tidy and staff were friendly all round five star

The food was amazing and the customer service was just as good. I went with my family today and there wasn’t a single complaint from my younger sister (she’s very picky with her food). The gentleman at the till even offered to keep her ice cream in the freezer so it won’t melt while she eats - it’s really the little things that go a long way. The same gentleman also came all the way over, just to ask us how the food was which really made us feel valued and cared for.I’m not one to leave reviews but Dumfries’ Pepe’s deserved it - I highly recommend.

How did I not know about Pepe’s Piri Piri chicken in Dumfries!Amazing experience , Sorry KFC and McDonald’s, I won’t be visiting you guys any time soon.Friendly and helpful staff, tidy and clean place, staff are visibly sanitising hands and surfaces etc.Gourmet beef burger the best burger I've ever eaten and the grilled wings are delicious, juicy, simply perfect

Previous good experiences. However today tried ordering for delivery and the app said unable to deliver until tomorrow despite the restaurant being open. Phoned Pepes and they said they are open and should be available to deliver but must be a problem with the app. The person on the phone couldn’t care less to help fix the situation/refused to take the order over the phone. Bizarre to have a company literally refuse to take an order out of laziness. Ended up ordering from dominos instead, at least their app works. A shame when food is good but customer service is poor.

Best takeaway meal I've had in a long time. All food arrived hot and tasted amazing. The burrito I had was awesome although I may dial down the spice next time. I can handle the heat but the extreme" was pushing it a little. Phew!"
