Friendly staff and a handy store to have in the heart of Gunwharf Quays Outlet Shopping Centre. They stock a range of products including their meal deal, which makes the store convenient from a bite to eat to getting toiletries and other items.The staff were friendly on the recent visit and queue time was minimal as they're very responsive and provide great service. I am often happy with the selection of reductions they do on the food items towards the end of the day and the store is clean and tidy. I would recommend this store to friends and family and will happily return. They also have excellent opening hours, until late to ensure you can always stop by for what you need. Perfect addition to Gunwharf Quays.

It always seems understocked, and I'm really not understanding why the whole shop has to shut if there's not a pharmacist. You don't need a pharmacist in corner shops and supermarkets to buy Shampoo, paracetamol, cold remedies etc...Completely mad decision, as well as being really annoying for customers.

Went in there because my wife had fallen over (not in or near the shop) and badly grazed her knee. Anna, working in the store, was really helpful, sitting my wife down and assisting with cleaning, drying and covering the wound.

We had a mad panic because the girl on the till said we had to have the passport for the vaccine test, whereas it only asked for a photo ID. Luckily the testing staff new what they were talking about and it was fine with a scan. Being as we'd driver 30 miles, paid £60, and only 2 days before an important flight, you can see how much stress it caused. Please train your till staff properly as this mistake caused a lot of stress

Playing with my life ment to re order my life saving medication. Yet thay allways faiil be because they say they are buys .so ma y stuff changes they are actually putting people life's at risk . If you need life saving medication regularly DO NOT RELY ON THIS COMPANY TO RE ORDER AND PUT YOU LIFE AT RISK

Absolute shambles! They are so disorganised it's untrue. It was extremely well run with Dave Myres at the helm. Is you need prescriptions try to go elsewhere. We had to wait 11 days for a repeat prescription.

Rude dismissive pharmacist (a black woman) who doesn’t want to do her job if the shop is closing in 15 minutes

Zainab in your pharmacy department is an absolute delight. She is friendly, helpful and went above and beyond for me. She is the reason I will be back.

How is it possible to have the pharmacy closed for two days during Bank Holiday!? Ridiculous considering you are open for selling make up and other things, but completely disregard customer heath! Disappointed, but don't expect you to care..

All felt a bit scruffy. Wife wanted to buy a lipstick but was deemed a tester even though not labelled as such. The till staff were not helpful at all. Almost as if they didn't want the sale. Luckily another kind staff member saved the day. Disorganised would be my summary, definitely not one of the 'good' Boots.
