Don't bother to choose Express polish, the mini valet is fine. Paid 25 pounds and the car was still dirty with marks and spills. I finished the job by myself at home. They were fast, though. But there's an obvious explanation for being quick.

Had the quick / fast polish (can’t recall what it’s actually called) not sure what that gave over the mini valet. Anyway, for some reason they decided to run some kind of polish all through the interior. Black leather seats are not supposed to be shiny, the dash, doors all have streak marks.Exterior - body was ok, wheels not done. Just because the wheels are a dark colour does not mean you cant see the brake dust. Absolute waste of £30. If the owner sees this then I’d welcome the opportunity to speak with them.

No messing around, just a dam good clean. Made my 12 year old car look brand new. All for £30 inside and out. Took no more than 20 minutes from start to finish. ‘Express wash’ here is basically spraying soap on your vehicle and rinsing it off. My car wasn’t that dirty so I let them off but just don’t understand how that’s even being offered as a service as the vehicle’s not really being cleaned…

Very disappointing.Charged over the advertised price on two occasions. The manager was rude in telling me I would be charged extra. Nevertheless I agreed due to there being a sprinkling of dog hairs thinking they’d do a thorough job of it.But the finished job seems incomplete, still hairs on the seat and looks like they’ve just done one sweep of it and the boot wasn’t even opened, never mind hoovered. There’s still dust on the dashboard and lint in the doors, what exactly was I charged extra for?All round poor experience, I will not be visiting again.

Consistently terrible! A quick spray down, squirted with foam and a quick wipe with a cloth.They don’t even scrub the car down anymore. Left my car still dirty and streaked with water marks.Said I wouldn’t go back last time and don’t know why I did. Useless
