Always had uniform for here, 7 years of uniform, and its always stayed as new. Son starting high school this year so we'll be purchasing all we need from Natasha's yet again.Staff are really helpful and will direct you to where your schools umiform is displayed.Don't be put off by the shop being busy, you'll still be helped/served relatively quickly.

I asked for a size 10 pair of leggings for my daughter. The lady at the till asked Is she chubby?" I was shocked by the question as she did not know how old my daughter was

Great place for uniform. Went in not knowing what I needed, the staff were very helpful and gave honest advice about items to ensure we didn't buy items not required.

I wanted some boys trousers with an adjustable waist. The website specified the trousers I wanted had an internal waist adjuster. I rang the shop before ordering to make doubly sure and was told 'All our trousers have waist adjusters'. I bought online and paid £3.50 postage, but the trousers I received did not have an adjustable waist. I rang the shop again and was told I would have to come down in person to sort it out (something I had hoped to avoid by ordering online). When I got to the shop I was told that only certain trousers had an adjustable waist. They did not have any in my son's size so I asked for a refund. I was refunded the cost of the trousers, but they refused to refund the postage cost despite the fact I had bought the trousers in good faith on the basis of incorrect information they had given to me. I am now out of pocket on postage, car parking and petrol, plus had to make an hour round trip to town with absolutely nothing to show for it. Avoid at all costs and go to Term Time Wear instead!

Great place to shop for uniform. Staff are helpful and friendly. Found everything I needed, especially for my son who is starting highd school. Cheaper in price than other uniform suppliers in the area. They stock brands like Trutex and Banner. Definitely recommend this shop for all your children's school uniform from sports socks to white apron for food Tech!

Fantastic. Joined the massive queue of the last minute uniform shoppers.Queue went down quickly due to how efficiently the staff dealt with people. I was asked while queuing which school I wanted, then said what I needed and it was there waiting for us when we got to the front. A quick try on and a size change then we joined the queue to pay. Was very well managed and very well run. Well done ladies and thank you.I had ordered from Principle uniforms a month earlier, but they didn't deliver. Lesson learned.

Amazing customer service and great quality of clothing.

Absolutely disgusted!!! Went in to purchase jumpers, we were the only customers in shop, and was appalled to overhear the shop assistant whispering to her colleague about my child’s size! Unfortunately the only uniform shop who stocks our school’s logo uniform items. I will never step foot in this shop again and will advise everyone I know to boycott it too!!! Fuming does not cover it!!! Vile!!
