I contacted Niven as my dryer had broken down, he came round and identified the problem and said it'll cost £75 to repair but he needed a part which would need ordering, fair enough. He contacted me a couple of days later and we arranged a date which he then changed the day before, stuff like this happens, not fussed.When Niven did come round I greeter him with the usual hello

Visited soon after enquiry, did the job there and then, charge far under what I would normally expect.

Rang up to ask if they could help repairing an oven that stopped working although grill and hob appeared fine. Rather than coming out and charging he checked if the timer was flashing, the electrics recently had to be switched off and it was a simple fix of changing the time! Very honest of him to diagnose and fix over the phone without charge...thank you
