The whole process from the very start to the end was great. The support I received from Melanie was just incredible, not only she kept me informed by texting/emailing on her days off but also she was always available to speak. I can honestly reccomend the 1-1 recruitment company if you are to searching for a job or looking for a perfect candidate. Their dedication and professionalism is the best one I have come across so far.

Melanie and Sarah were great. Mel is friendly and professional; she selected me and she really helped me on finding the job I was seeking for long time. Sarah followed up brilliantly. Everyone at 1-1 was incredibly friendly and kept in contact with me through the the whole process. Sarah Davis was especially helpful, I really felt like she was determined to help me find a job that I was interested in and gave me some fantastic interview advice. After she contacted me in relation to a specialised role in my field she worked tirelessly to ensure I was well prepared for the interview process and had all the resources I needed, always keeping in contact and ensuring I was kept up to date for the whole process. My experience with this agency was very troubling when after I was offered a job, I disclosed my Disability (which had no affect on my role) to the agency and their first response was that they may have to retract my offer from the hiring company. I'm not sure what was said to the hiring company but the attitude going forward in regards to my Disability remained discriminatory. Disabled folk always experience this despite laws informing us it's illegal. So I was very disappointed to have this treatment from a recruitment agency.
