Purchased kitchen paint previously from wickes and b&q but after a few months it started to fade and had yellow patches. When I found this place I wasn't sure on what paint to buy but the staff was very helpful and professional. The paint I purchased is brilliant quality its has come out beautifully brilliant pure white and has not faded a touch five months on.

Terrible customer service. I paid for delivery - they came but presumably didn't ring bell or phone or I didn't get to the door on time so they took the paint to the local post office. I didn't ask them to do that! Disabled and don't drive so I say well I'll have to get taxi to collect but at least don't add insult to injury and don't make me pay for the delivery. Refused - even though I paid to deliver to an address they didn't actually deliver to! Amazing these people can stay in business. The amount was minimum under £10 but definitely wont use them to supply paint for our refurb job and definitely no use if you are disabled and actually want a delivery ( property is all alone no where near other houses so at worse they could have left it outside). Despicable way to treat people really.

First time visiting. Really great paint collection. Made to measure exactly what I wanted. A luxury item as not cheap. But felt it was quality.

Great paint. but if a problem occurs with colour or handling damage customer service are despicable.Have been doing business with slough branch since Benjamin Moore came to England, time to cut ties after hundreds of pounds in loses.

Second time shopping with Shaw Paints (Benkamin Moore). First experience involved their kitchen paint which transformed our drab oak" foil finish cabinet doors. The quality of surface feel and suitability to its kitchen function has been admired by visitors. Yet to use the bathroom paint

Looking for unique, excellent paint and colour for my front door for weeks. I had gone into your typical big stores we all know and have heard of but I was truly looking for a unique colour and product. I came across Benjamin Moore product after looking online at paint forums and the brand really struck out with professional painters in the industry in the U.S and also now in the U.K.I visited the main Slough store just before 5 as I left work and really wanted to buy something for the long weekend to do the job. Most of the staff had left but the owner of this business was happy to help and was incredibly knowledgeable about the brand, product and also the industry itself. I had shown him the door I was working on and explained him my requirements. We picked out a colour (Port of Call) within minutes and also mixed up some under coat for me.The result after applying the 2nd coat was amazing. Really loving my new door colour.Thank you

Amazing paint that I always use with pleasure, but horrible customer service every time. From refusing to mix paint over the phone (even I have trade account with them) to leaving me waiting in front of the doors as there is not enough staff. Strongly recommend changing way you deal with customers, especially in this plaNdemic times. Not being able to discuss in person what exactly you need is 30% of service.

Amazing paint! Tried numerous tester pots to find the perfect dark grey for our chimney breast, including Dulux, Crown and Farrow & Ball (which was actually the worst!)Ordered Rocky Coast by Benjamin Moore and it is absolutely perfect. So easy to paint with and excellent coverage. Could probably have got away with one coat but two coats has given fabulous depth to the colour. I love it!

As a professional Decorator when you need back up, you need your supplier to help when needed, but used BM paint for 5 years now, needed help and they couldn’t be less interested in helping, might as bought paint from a diy store appalling. All they said we are growing year by year and basically couldn’t care about any issues.
