Aigburth Road Post Office

Christine: a superstar!Parcelforce managed to misdirect my parcel, send it to the wrong address, despite my having rung them on three occasions over two week with my parcel stuck in The System, whereupon each time I was told they would correct the previous misdirection. On the fourth time of calling, now tearing my hair out by the roots, Parcelforce told me that each of the previous three call-handlers had been mistaken, in-that it was not within their power to correct a faulty misdirection! And my parcel, a perishable Christmas present, had now been left at Aigburth Road Post Office to be collected. However because they had the incorrect address, they had not been able to inform the recipient as to where the package now lay! Parcelforce, despite being told the correct address on four occasions had now left my perishable package to literally rot!Having tracked this farrago on-line, and without options, I called Aigburth Road Post Office, who Parcelforce told me; wont be able to help you and we don't have their number anyway.How wrong could Parcelforce be!The telephone was answered by Christine, and despite my frustration and initial coldness, she was the pinnacle of calm and control. She understood my issues, she listened patiently to my plight and she just resolved the issue as if we had been life-long friends!I cannot thank her enough.We may never meet, we may never speak again. But what a wonderfully nice lady. Thank you Christine.

About 2 months ago I lost my tracking receipt and the ladies went out of their way to help me out, amazing customer service!

Regularly post/collect parcels here and find the staff to be very helpful and friendly, particularly the gentleman. Great Post Office

Never have I been to a nicer post office. The ladies manage to be extremely efficient whilst giving each customer the attention that they need. Incredibly helpful. Warm, friendly, kind. They make an effort to get to know there customers. I used to hate going to the pit office, now I look forward to it.

Very good post office. 3 staff behind the desk when I went today, queue moves quickly and the staff are friendly. There are cycle racks outside by the bus stop too which is handy.

The team at this post office are so friendly, informative and respectful. Even when it’s busy they still maintain their patience and calm. With a special mention to Chrissy, loved by dogs all around including mine who refuses to walk past without popping in for some fuss! Can’t fault it.
