Ordered two carbon monoxide detectors online. They are meant to have a 10 year lifespan however both are out of date in August 2023. Obviously sent me old stock. Tried to return for refund, but been totally ignored. Will never use again.

Shockingly bad service. Ordered and paid for some lights on the 29/09 and chased it up on the 6/10. Didn’t get a response just a refund and my order cancelled.Disgusted at this total lack or customer service, a simple email to say why they where canceling would have meant a lot.Avoid this lot, clearly know nothing about customer service.

I've shopped here for at least 20 years, can't believe anyone could say they have bad customer service. Phil was just working the counter when I started going here, is is honestly one of the nicest most helpful people I know. If I could score 10 I would.
