Terrible customer service! Not helpful at all. I went to return trainers that have hurt my feet after walking in them for one hour! The manager said they can’t do anything for me! I rang the customer service and of course I can send back the trainers for investigation! They should have taken them back from me in this store. Very disappointing. Bad management. Not professional!

For such a big retail site, this is a small store with very limited options available.The king of trainers....NOT, I would recommend you stay away unless your looking for mediocre trainers and very little selection.Tills are painfully slow, and trying to get a smile out of staff is almost impossible. Oh, they also need to dissapear to print off receipts....strange.

Waste of a journey. 4 members of staff but not able to man the changing rooms for my daughter to try on some leggings. Manager actually said not making sale didn’t matter to him. !!!! He said that there were two member of staff off sick so want enough staff to allow changing rooms to be used. Won’t be returning to this store. !

Staff everywhere - not working but everywhere.Also they ask you the rate the value for money of your item at the point of purchase. How do I know anything about value for money when I've only awkwardly tried one trainer in infront of 10 strangers.

Whole transaction (returns and purchases) carried out adequately and accurately BUT with zero customer service skills from Louis. He made me feel like I was inconveniencing him by being there. Extremely disappointing. Why aren’t todays youth taught how to give good service?

Got served at till from a young girl short hair with loads of tatoos...she was so damm miserable omg. I don't think will go back there anytime soon to see her miserable face lol
