What an experience!! The whole vintage atmosphere, ambience and aesthetic is breathtaking. The seats are very huge and comfy and the acoustics are great. The price is considered higher than the normal go-to cinema but you are paying for a better experience. I loved the sofa (2 people) option and the free popcorn with your ticket purchase. This is a hidden gem in Edinburgh and it’s definitely a must visit.

Cute theatre experience! Ticket’s are bit pricy imo- Though i wish the couches were recliners but other than that it’s worth the visit :)

It's a boutique cinema, perfect for a special night out. There are around 48 super comfortable individual seats with sofas at the very back. The screen size is smaller than regular cinemas but you won't choose this place for a big screen action movie. Their selection also reflects this, mostly classics with occasional recent blockbuster films such as Oppenheimer. There is a bar and seats for drinks before the screening. Overall, I'm really impressed with this place for their unique atmosphere and would recommend you visit if you find a movie that's your cup of tea.

Best place I have had the experience of seeing a movie. Chairs are very comfortable and have a lot of space with small tables/ledges in-between to keep your drinks, snacks ect. Bar and toilets are just out the door, which makes it a quick trip during the film if need be. The only complaint is that the cocktails could be to a better standard, we got two different ones and couldn't finish them. There was only an option of four different cocktails and one of them wasn't available either.

This was such a great movie experience. I was worried that the front row seat was going to be too close but it was just at the right angle to not strain the neck. I really loved the footrest. Made it very comfortable. I'd say this is something everyone should try at least once.

One of the nicest Cinema Experience in my life. Is a tiny very cozy beautiful Screen Room. The seats are just great. I can recommend the couch/ sofa in the back, if you are a couple. The projection is high class, the sound is good, in some modern cinemas it’s better, but the don’t have the Charme of this stunning picture house. The price is high, but worth it.

Great date night spot with your partner or bestie! Old-school fancy decor. you sit on a red velvet couch or leather sofa with a glass of wine next to you while enjoying the film. The screen is not very big, i was seated in the last row and couldn’t see very well.

Amazing wee picturehouse. Extremely cosy, intimate and comfortable. The seats are all individual little sofas, with tables at either side. You can order a drink at the bar just outside and drink it whilst watching the movie. All the seats are elevated so you get a great view of the screen, and the tickets were approx £15 each, which is reasonable for the experience.

Very nice theatre hidden away which will transport you back to the future. Depending on what you go to watch it's more about the experience. Yes you will pay more but you get a high quality experience at the same time. Well worth the experience. I would recommend

My first time visiting for a one off Wes Anderson movie, I was so impressed by this place. The iconic decor and aesthetic of the cinema itself is gorgeous, the lobby and bar area is also on par. Loved my visit, interesting assortment of snacks and drinks (including alcohol) on the menu, can’t wait to come back!
